Within the scope of MİSGEP, which also includes the grant component on occupational health and safety, we aim to reach a large number of our stakeholders, thousands of employees and hundreds of employers with different activities in 40 provinces, starting with our Aegean provinces.
Our General Directorate continues its efforts intensively to mobilize all actors in the mining sector and to act together within the scope of MİSGEP, to raise awareness in the field of OHS in the sector, to ensure a decrease in accidents and occupational diseases by ensuring OHS adaptation in workplaces.
In the MİSGEP Project, reaching the managers of SME businesses is among the important goals. We will hold consultation meetings in 25 provinces with the targeted MİSGEP activity in order to reach corporate workplaces, ensure that they are included in the project and continue.
In this context, our Deputy General Manager Furkan YILDIZ visited public institutions, non-governmental organizations and grant beneficiaries in Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Adana and Kayseri provinces and informed about the activities in our provinces regarding the field activities of MİSGEP.
He also visited the chambers of industry in Adana and Kayseri and Kayseri Hürriyet Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, which is the grant beneficiary, and received words of support from the local authorities for the project carried out for the mining sector.
The Deputy General Manager Furkan YILDIZ was accompanied by our Working Specialist Çiğdem SARIKAYA, İSGÜM Adana Regional Manager Neslihan DİMİCİ, İSGÜM Kayseri Regional Laboratory Manager Nevzat DURMAN and our regional staff.
