Half-day interactive seminars will be held with the participation of employees in mining workplaces within the scope of MISGEP Financial Support and Guidance Programme (FSGP). With the seminars, it is aimed to create a team spirit by encouraging communication and cooperation between mine employees. For this reason, the seminars were prepared with the drama technique. Drama technique is one of the most effective methods for understanding human behaviour, communication-based issues and abstract concepts.
It is aimed to reach 10.000 mine employees with 57 “Interactive Training Seminars Through Drama” to be held in 30 provinces. Interactive Training Seminars through Drama will be held at the mining operation sites, considering the busy schedule of the mine employees, the logistical circumstances of the mines, and the COVID-19 measures. The seminar programme prepared with the motto “MISGEP in Mine” will be presented at the “MISGEP Interactive Trainings Mobile Stage”.
The rehearsals were initiated for the 8-act interactive theatre play, which will be staged under the name of “Shift Stories with Foreman Güven”. The premiere of the seminar will take place on 21 June.
