The main objective of this intervention is to improve coordination capacity for OHS activities and participative decision-making with relevant actors. In this respect, following three workshops following three workshops will be to improve coordination and cooperation among stakeholders:

- Unionization in mine workplaces
- Current OHS curricula in mining engineering and earth sciences departments
